WATERBURY, CT – Talk about workplace initiative! A former Waterbury parks employee is out on bail after being arrested on suspicion of poisoning his boss’s oatmeal, after a tiff about his job performance, related to him slacking off as he approached retirement. After the incident in October, William Lampron, 43, of Naugatuck was placed on admin leave, resigning earlier this week. After suffering stomach pain, the supervisor has recovered.

My my my aren’t we sensitive. Hope his retirement fund can cover bail!

Sticking it to the “man” or deplorable act?
